What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you 🤍
As a private one-on-one salon experience, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
I completely understand that life happens if something unexpected comes up, please reach out and I’ll always do my best to help.

Yes, all new extension clients require a complimentary consultation. Colour consultations are also available if you’re unsure what to book or want to discuss your desired results.
How do I maintain my colour between appointments?
I specialise in low maintenance, lived in colour designed to grow out beautifully. I also recommend the correct professional products and timing for your next appointment, along with maintenance services if needed.

Do you offer extensions?
Yes, I offer premium tape and weft extensions tailored to your hair and lifestyle. A consultation is required for all new extension clients.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available on colour, extensions and packages.
I also accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and cash on all transactions.
